ACTIVIDADES REFUERZO TEMA 6 OAG: "CAPITALIZACIÓN COMPUESTA". 2ºCURSO 

1.- Calcula el montante producido por 35.000 € si los depositamos en un plazo fijo a un 4% anual, en capitalización  compuesta durante 3 años.

2.- ¿Qué capital producirá un montante de 20.000€ si lo colocamos a un 5% anual durante 2 años?

3.- ¿A cuánto ascenderán los intereses totales  que tendremos que pagar por un préstamo concedido por una entidad financiera de 150.000€ durante 3 años, si el tipo de interés aplicado a la operación es del 7,5% anual?

4.-¿Qué tipo de interés se le habrá aplicado a una inversión de 400.000€ para que nos abonen un montante de 555.500€ al cabo de 9 años?

5.- ¿Cuánto tiempo habrá de transcurrir para que un capital de 26.500€ colocado a un 6% anual se convierta en 37.250€

6.- Escribe todas las variables o incógnitas vistas en el punto 1 del presente tema, sus fórmulas y en qué se expresa el resultado (€, tiempo, %...)

7.- ¿Qué suma de dinero mínima se debe invertir, si en 2 años se desea disponer de 6700€, aplicando un interés del 6% anual, en régimen de capitalización compuesta?.

8.- Determina el tipo de interés anual al que deben invertirse 2.500.000€ para que en 12 años se obtenga un montante de 3.900.000€.

9.-Un capital de 12.800€, colocado al 4% de interés compuesto anual, asciende a 14.000€. Determina el tiempo que estuvo impuesto.

10.- Determina la cantidad que entregaremos a un prestamista en concepto de intereses dentro de 5 años, si hemos recibido como préstamo en el día de hoy 36.000€, siendo el tipo de interés de la operación el 9% anual.

11.-Halla el montante obtenido tras depositar 100.000€ durante 8 años al 5,25 % de interés compuesto anual.

12.-Calcula los intereses producidos por 6000€ colocados 2 años al 7% de interés compuesto.

13.- Un capital de 30.050€ se impuso en un depósito a plazo fijo a 4 años, siendo el capital final o montante de 36.875€, si el régimen de capitalización ha sido el compuesto, determina el tipo de interés anual de la imposición?

14.-¿Cuántos años estuvo impuesto a interés compuesto del 5%, un capital de 3.200.000€, que se convirtió en 4.084.101€?

15.- Obtén el capital que, colocado a un 7,6% anual, durante 6 años, produjo un montante de 18.000€.

HOW MUCH and HOW MANY


Se utilizan para preguntar por cantidades de algo.

Si se trata de sustantivos contables, se aplica How many.
Si se trata de sustantivos incontables, se usa How much.

Se usan en forma genérica para preguntar "cuánto hay". En este caso, van seguidas del sustantivo y luego, is / are there.
How many cars are there?¿Cuántos coches hay?

How much money is there?¿Cuánto dinero hay?

A estas preguntas se responde usando There is / are, dependiendo de si se trata de singular o plural.

There are nine cars.Hay nueve coches .

There is one dollar.Hay un dólar.

Para hacer referencia a los sustantivos incontables, se pueden utilizar los envases o las medidas de los envases que los contienen, los cuales sí son contables...

How much milk is there?¿Cuánta leche hay?

There are three litres.Hay tres litros.

There are three bottles.Hay tres botellas.

SOME and ANY


Para referirse a sustantivos incontables directamente, se usan las palabras some y any.
Como norma general, some se aplica en las oraciones afirmativas, mientras que any se usa en las oraciones interrogativas y negativas.

Is there any sugar?¿Hay azúcar?

Yes, there is some sugar.Sí, hay algo de azúcar.

No, there isn't any sugar.No, no hay nada de azúcar.

Estas palabras también pueden usarse con sustantivos contables...

Hay algún lápiz?

Yes, there are some pencils.
Sí, hay algunos lápices.

No, there isn't any pencil.

1. ¿Cuánto deberé invertir hoy, si quiero disponer dentro de 10 meses, de 7.700 €, al 4% de interés anual?

2. Se ha llevado a descontar una letra de 6.700 € que vence dentro de 6 meses. Si el banco nos indica que el descuento asciende a 150€, ¿a qué tanto por cien se ha realizado el descuento de dicha letra?

3. Nuestro banco nos adelanta el pago de un efecto, entregándonos 8.300 €, ¿cuál es el nominal, sabiendo que el vencimiento del efecto es dentro de 90 días y que se aplica un tipo de un 5,5% anual?

4. Si a partir del presupuesto de tesorería de mi empresa, sé que en el mes de marzo voy a tener un superávit de tesorería de 3.000 € que no voy a necesitar durante 6 meses y decido invertirlo durante ese tiempo en un plazo fijo al 4% anual, ¿qué interés producirá mi inversión?

5. Determina qué cantidad se impuso al 4% de interés simple anual durante 3 años, si produjo unos intereses de 250 €.

6.¿Durante cuánto tiempo estuvo invertido un capital de 26.000 € a un 6,5% de interés simple anual, si se convirtió en 34.450 €?

7. Calcula el descuento comercial que se le ha realizado a un efecto de 22.000 € de nominal y al que se aplica un tipo de 4,72 % anual y que vence dentro de 118 días.

8. A fecha de hoy, hemos descontado un efecto y la cantidad descontada asciende a 224,90 €. Si el vencimiento era dentro de 38 días y el tipo aplicado del 6,72 % anual, determinar el nominal.

9. Identifica las erratas que hay en los siguiente textos:

" Hemos realizado una inversión de 5.000 € a un interés simple del 5%."
" Nos adelantan el pago de un efectivo comercial, entregándonos 6.500 €. ¿Cuál fue el nominal, si se sabe que el efecto vence dentro de 120 días, y el interés aplicado es de un 6% anual?

10. Escribe las fórmulas más importantes de capitalización simple y actualización simple y despeja todas las incógnitas de cada una de ellas.
