Pruebas Homologadas para la obtención del Certificado de Nivel Básico A2 de Inglés


Del 27 de febrero al 6 de marzo de 2013 se realizarán las Pruebas Homologadas para la obtención del Certificado de Nivel Básico de Inglés, de acuerdo con el siguiente calendario:

- Miércoles 27 de febrero, de 15:00 a 17:00 horas: pruebas de comprensión oral (CO), comprensión escrita (CE) y expresión escrita (EE).

 

- Miércoles 6 de marzo: prueba de expresión oral (EO).

Durante la realización de las pruebas del día 27 de febrero se comunicará la hora y el orden de realización de la misma.

 

El alumnado inscrito en la prueba deberá concurrir a ella provisto de los siguientes documentos:

                a) Original del Documento Nacional de Identidad, Tarjeta de residencia, Pasaporte o cualquier otro documento oficial en vigor que permita identificarlo.

                b) Copia de la solicitud de participación en la prueba.

Siguiendo  la Orden 20/2011, de 24 de octubre publicada en el DOCV el 8.11.2011, el colegio Ntra. Sra. del Carmen y San Vicente de Paúl realizará las Pruebas de Homologación para la obtención del Certificado de Nivel Básico de Inglés, dirigidas a los alumnos matriculados en ESO, en nuestro centro, y que tengan 16 años o los cumplan durante el año 2013. La obtención de este Certificado permitirá el acceso a enseñanzas del Nivel Intermedio de dicho  idioma en cualquier Escuela Oficial de Idiomas del territorio nacional, previa matriculación.

El certificado acreditativo de haber superado el Nivel Básico será expedido en los términos que dicte la dirección general competente en materia de títulos.

WORD PROCESSING 3 (ORAL INSTRUCTIONS)


"You are going to write a MEMO from the Accounts Dept to the HR Dept. Write the name of the Departments in font ARIAL, size 20, capital and bold letters

ACTIVIDADES DE AMPLIACIÓN TEMA 7 OAG: RENTAS Y PRÉSTAMOS: 1ª PARTE: RENTAS

1- La señora Navarro ha decidido constituir un fondo de pensiones con las siguientes condiciones:
aportaciones de 1500 euros anuales durante 15 años, pagaderas al final de cada uno de ellos. El tipo de interés aplicado será del 4,5 %.
Calcula la renta anual que recibirá al final de cada uno de los años que restan desde su edad de jubilación (a los 67 años) hasta su fallecimiento, si la esperanza de vida de las mujeres en España fuera de 82 años.
Solución: C= 2.902 €

2.-La familia Martínez quiere comprar un coche nuevo. El concesionario les ofrece estas dos opciones:
a) Pago al contado de 5.000€ y 7.000€ dentro de 3 años.
b) Cuatro pagos anuales de 3.000€ al final de los cuatro próximos años, a un tipo de interés del 4% anual.
¿Cuál es la mejor de las dos opciones?
Solución:
a) 11.222,97 €
b)10.889,68 €

3.- La compra de un televisor cuyo precio es de 950 € se va a financiar mediante el pago de 5 mensualidades constantes pagaderas por vencido. Calcula el importe de las mensualidades si la operación se pacta a un tipo de interés mensual del 5%.

Solución: 219, 42 €.

ACTIVIDADES REFUERZO TEMA 7 de OAG  2º B GESTIÓN ADM.: RENTAS 


NOTA: En todos los ejercicios hay que representar gráficamente las rentas y decir de qué tipo de renta estamos hablando.

1.-Calcular el valor actual y final de una renta cuya duración es de 5 años, con términos anuales prepagables de 2.700€. El tipo de interés es del 11% anual.

2.- Calcular el valor actual y final de una renta de tres términos anuales de 1.000 € pagaderos por vencido al 7% anual.

3.- Calcular el valor actual y final de una renta de tres términos anuales situados a principio del año, de 100 euros cada uno a un tanto de interés del 10% efectivo anual.

4.- Calcular el valor actual de una renta constante de 5 términos de 5.000 € cada uno, pospagable e inmediata al tipo de interés del 7%.

5.- Calcular el importe acumulado en un banco al cabo de 5 años, si imponemos al final de cada uno de ellos 20.000 euros, siendo el tipo de interés de la cuenta el 12% efectivo anual.

6.-Calcular el valor actual de una renta de tres términos anuales vencidos de 100 euros cada uno a un tanto de interés del 7% efectivo anual.

7.- Calcular el valor final de una renta de tres términos anuales vencidos de 100 euros cada uno a un tanto de interés del 10% efectivo anual.

8.-La compra de una moto de 30.000€ se va a financiar pagando al contado el 10% de su precio y el resto mediante el pago de 60 mensualidades constantes pagaderas por vencido. Calcular el importe de las mensualidades si la operación se ha pactado a un 7,5% anual.

9.- Para la compra de un ordenador portátil se nos presentan dos opciones o modos de pago:
a) Pago al contado de 300 € y 400€ dentro de 2 años.
b) 4 pagos de 200 € cada uno a partir del momento de la compra
¿Cuál de las dos opciones es más beneficiosa si el tipo de interés anual es del 5%?

10.-El Sr. García realiza aportaciones de 2000 € a su plan de pensiones contratado en una entidad financiera, al principio de cada año durante 25 años (hasta su jubilación).
¿Cuánto recibirá al final de cada año cuando se jubile a los 65 años si la esperanza de vida de los hombres es de 77 años? Tipo de interés anual 5%.
